Driving growth with behavioural insights
As your growth advisor, we’ll take a 90-day journey to embed behavioural science into your strategy. The first month will involve establishing an understanding of your customer funnel and the growth levers that drive your strategy. In the second month we will design and prioritize experiments based on the expected impact to growth levers. Our third month will be focused on capturing the insights from experiments and building a scalable engine for growth.

Build a map of each step of the funnel from acquisition through to retention, marking where there are potential problems that can be addressed with behavioural tools, and the key metrics for measuring the impact on growth.

With a map of the funnel, we will develop testable hypotheses about customer behaviour and design experiments to drive the target metric. We will then prioritize and sequence these based on the expected impact and required lift to execute.
Outcome: A roadmap for what to test, why it matters, and how to run the experiments with minimal lift.

Once we know what works, we will turn those wins into repeatable systems. We’ll take the learnings from our experiments and integrate them into growth strategy — shaping decisions, guiding priorities, and reducing guesswork as you scale.
